The PFO offers After School Enrichment programs each Fall and Spring, featuring classes like sports, art, science, cooking, gardening, yoga, photography, and more.

Important Info
for Enrollment
Please Read!
PLEASE, PLEASE read the important information about enrollment and payment below:
1. All enrollment and payment will be completed directly with each enrichment provider
Using the links provided at kwpfo.org/enrichment.
2. Enrollment closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday, February 24th.
Enrollment decisions after the deadline will be determined by the class provider. Classes will be filled in the order that registration and payment are completed and received. Your student will not be enrolled until payment is received. Register early to ensure a spot in the class.
CONSIDER YOURSELF REGISTERED – PLAN TO ATTEND CLASS ON THE FIRST DAY
We will not be posting class lists. You will be notified if the class has been canceled due to low enrollment and your class tuition will be refunded.
3. Classes will begin the week of Monday, March 16th.
Each class will have 8 sessions. If an instructor misses a class, a make-up class may be offered after the last day of classes at the instructor's discretion. Please refer to the course catalog for specific dates for each class. Enrollment will firmly close upon the first day of classes.
4. The class provider will handle all communication regarding enrollment, refunds, special accommodations, student behavior, and parent concerns.
Contact information will be provided during enrollment. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT SCHOOL ADMIN ABOUT ENRICHMENT CLASS CONCERNS. They have no information and cannot help you with this.
5. Class dates and times vary based on the school calendar, so please MARK YOUR CALENDAR accordingly.

6. There will be no refunds provided after the first class, regardless of reason.
Participation in enrichment classes is optional. Please note that the structure and accommodations provided during these optional after-school classes may differ from those offered during the regular school day. Student participation is dependent on respectful and safe behavior. Any student who is unable to follow directions, participate safely, or demonstrate respectful behavior toward fellow students and the instructor will be removed from the class. No refund will be provided.
