Diversity & Inclusion
The KWPFO Diversity & Inclusion Council works to ensure an inclusive Kaiser and Woodland community where every member feels valued, respected, and supported, helping prepare our students to thrive in a multicultural world.
We are committed to learning from one another and fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, belonging, and respect. Together, we celebrate our differences, honor the dignity of every individual, and strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive. Through ongoing reflection and collaboration, we work to build the inclusive community we want to see.

Introduce students to diverse voices and authors
Help us celebrate the diversity of our Kaiser-Woodland community by supporting our school libraries. Donations from our Kaiser Library Wish List and Woodland Library Wish List provide high-need books that inspire meaningful conversations, strengthen connections, and introduce students to diverse voices and authors.
Our wish lists are updated regularly, so check back often!
