Share Your Photos with the Yearbook Team

The yearbook team is always looking for photo submissions.
Please email them to yearbooks [at] kwpfo [dot] org
Include your student(s)' grade, or upload them to your TreeRing account and select the "share" option.

How to order

Yearbook Order Deadline is May 1st
May 1st is our final print deadline. Yearbooks ordered by May 1st will include custom pages and be distributed during the last week of school.

Orders Placed After the Deadline
Orders placed after May 1st will be shipped directly to your home and will not include custom pages. No extensions can be accommodated.

Yearbook Extras

“LoveLine” Recognition Ads – Due April 15

Celebrate your student or recognize a special teacher with a personalized LoveLine Recognition Ad in the Kaiser or Woodland yearbook! Ads are created and purchased directly through TreeRing and will appear in all yearbooks.

LoveLine Ads:
 
  • ⅛-page ad: $25
  • Add your own photos, message, and graphics
  • Create and submit your ad online through TreeRing
  • Deadline: April 15
  • Limit one ad per student

Pre-Paid LoveLines:
Families who purchased a LoveLine through the membership drive will receive a ⅛-page ad and will be contacted directly with instructions for accessing it in their TreeRing account.

How to Create & Purchase a LoveLine
 
  1. Log in to TreeRing.
  2. Select Explore Yearbooks, then choose your student.
  3. Select Recognition Ad → Get Started.
  4. Choose the ⅛-page ad for $25.
  5. Customize your ad with photos, text, and graphics. Keep all content within the ad boundaries.
  6. When finished, select Buy Now and complete checkout.
  7. Select I Confirm My Ad is Complete when your design is ready for the yearbook.
     
You can continue editing a purchased ad until it has been added to the yearbook by an editor. Ads will begin being added after the April 15 deadline.

Are you a crown, shield or court PFO member?

If so, you prepaid for:

1 yearbook and LoveLine (Court Level)
– OR –
2 yearbooks and 2 LoveLines (Shield and Crown levels) 

Pre-paid Yearbooks Included with your PFO Membership

Court, Shield, and Crown-level PFO members receive pre-paid yearbook(s) and LoveLine(s) with their membership purchase.

Members at these levels will be contacted directly by the PFO and then by TreeRing to activate these items in their accounts. Once activated, your yearbook and Recognition Ad (LoveLine) will appear in your TreeRing account under "Explore Yearbooks."
