Let’s move, breathe, and find our calm! Through playful yoga movement, mindful breathing, and sensory activities, children learn simple ways to calm their bodies and minds, focus, and build confidence. Mindfulness-inspired activities add creativity and fun while keeping children engaged.

TGA Golf is a class for Beginning Golfers to learn the basics. From how to grip the club, to where to stand to swinging the club around their bodies. We start small and practice chip and pitch shots (10-40% swings) and also introduce putting. We build up to ½ swing, L Swing and even get to a full swing by the end of the session. TGA does this in a safe and fun environment for the students so that they want to come back each week. We will also introduce STEM principles related to golf (acceleration, spin and energy transfer) as well as life skills that everyone needs to learn (Respect, Honesty and Leadership).

Blast off this session with the Egghead Astronaut Crew as we explore the far reaches of our universe. Students will set off rockets, make huge chemical reactions, make lava slime, look for life and rocks on other planets, recycle water in space, and make out-of-this-world volcanoes on their way to becoming astronauts! The best part? They get to take home their experiment every week! At the end of the session, students will receive their own Egghead Astronaut Degree.
