The school years go by quickly, but the memories last a lifetime. Each year, the PFO Yearbook Team captures the fun, friendships, and special moments at Kaiser and Woodland in an affordable keepsake for families to treasure.

How to order

Yearbook Order Deadline is May 1st
May 1st is our final print deadline. Yearbooks ordered by May 1st will include custom pages and be distributed during the last week of school.

Orders Placed After the Deadline
Orders placed after May 1st will be shipped directly to your home and will not include custom pages. No extensions can be accommodated.

6th Grade Baby Photos – Due April 15
6th Grade Families! Please submit your 6th grader's baby photo to be included in the yearbook. You can upload one photo directly on the TreeRing website (directions below).

 

For best results:

  • Make sure the photo is clear and high-resolution for printing.

  • Headshots or "shoulders and up" work best for the size we are working with. "Baby" = any favorite photo of your 6th grader when they were young.

  • Don't have a digital photo? Just take a picture of the picture with your smartphone (try to angle the photo to avoid shadows) or coordinate with your student's teacher to get the image scanned and returned to you.

  • If you cannot get TreeRing to work, feel free to email the photo to yearbooks@kwpfo.org and include the child's first and last name and their teacher's name.

  • Please only submit one photo.

Baby Photo Upload Instructions:

  1. Login at TreeRing

  2. Select "Home" → "Explore Yearbooks" → Select their name 

  3. Select "Yearbook To-Do's" → "Edit Secondary Photo"

  4. Upload your baby photo​

6th Grade Baby Photos – Due April 15

Are you a crown, shield or court PFO member?

If so, you prepaid for:

1 yearbook and LoveLine (Court Level)
– OR –
2 yearbooks and 2 LoveLines (Shield and Crown levels) 

Pre-paid Yearbooks Included with your PFO Membership

Court, Shield, and Crown-level PFO members receive pre-paid yearbook(s) and LoveLine(s) with their membership purchase.

Members at these levels will be contacted directly by the PFO and then by TreeRing to activate these items in their accounts. Once activated, your yearbook and Recognition Ad (LoveLine) will appear in your TreeRing account under "Explore Yearbooks."
